SHIPPING POLICY
We can arrange shipping to most locations within Australia. Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer international shipping.

All of our products are custom made to order so do not come boxed or wrapped. Because of this, and due to the size and weight of our pieces we prefer to ship with trusted furniture removal specialists.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products.

We would replace a piece if by some rare occurance there were structural issues.
We cannot offer a replacement for anydamage such as chips or stains due to mistreatment.
In saying that, our tables are sealed with a three-coat system so are very durable. As long as you clean them with warm soapy water and a micro-fibre cloth you will keep them looking their best.

You cannot use anyabrasive, alcohol or acidic (ie citrus) cleaning products on our pieces as this can degrade the sealer and lead them to stain more easily
